Sport England’s investment

Part of the funding to run The FA Tesco Skills Programme is provided by Sport England. Sport England invest National Lottery and Exchequer funding in projects that  grow and sustain participation in grassroots sport and create opportunities for people to excel at their chosen sport.

Sport England has been a vital funding partner and supporter of The FA Tesco Skills Programme since it launched in 2007. The Programme is a fantastic example of a sporting organisation and business working together to provide opportunities for player development and to encourage a sport’s growth.
